Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties requiring standing/sitting.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.
• 6 months retail/customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual skills.
• Trade-related certification in department.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service.
• Help customers locate and select products.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store.
• Assist in department-specific tasks (paint, plumbing, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
