Job summary

Lowe’s in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and provide friendly, helpful service throughout their shopping experience. You’ll welcome customers, answer questions, stock merchandise, process orders, and occasionally assist in other departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience including data input and retrieval.
• 6 months experience with retail tech such as smartphones/tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other departments to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
