Qualifications

• Requires 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent.
• Requires 6 months experience with common retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and basic reading/writing.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Assist customers through shopping and checkout processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
