Job summary

Lowe’s in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, occasionally load items, and ensure customer needs are met.

You will spend time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, with daily tasks varying by department.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including input/output
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform job duties
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by scanning shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-functionally train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
