Qualifications

• Proven customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer and retail technology.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and services.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department according to customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe fittings).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete duties as assigned.
