Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right home improvement products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, assist in locating products, and may help with loading merchandise as needed. Daily tasks vary by department.

We value candidates with a customer-focused mindset, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. Retail experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use experience.
• Six months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and literacy tasks.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and organize shelves to keep products available.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, wood, hardware).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
