Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Chesapeake, VA to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, piping, wood, drywall, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
