Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service; assist with questions and product selection.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed to keep displays full.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely arrival of products.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tint/mix, cut and package items) based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout; perform other duties as assigned.
