Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Leesville, LA to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include answering questions, stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other areas to deliver excellent service. Flexible part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish shelves and restock as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
