Job summary

Lowe's in Leesville, LA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, assist with finding products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will handle inquiries, stock merchandise, and help process orders and deliveries.

The role supports team members across departments, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take advantage of Lowe's benefits and flexible scheduling. Prior retail or bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
