Qualifications

• 6 months' experience using a computer.
• 6 months' experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted; more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock stock by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout; perform other duties as assigned.
