• Ability to stand for long periods and perform required duties.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
