Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in our store. You will assist with locating items, loading merchandise when needed, and addressing customer questions with courtesy.

This part-time position offers exposure to diverse departments like Appliances, Hardware, and Lighting, with opportunities to learn trades and improve customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves when needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service.
