Job summary

Lowe's, a Fortune 50 home improvement retailer, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day and assist with locating items, loading merchandise, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Role includes cross-training opportunities across departments and potential part-time scheduling with benefits available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
