Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs in our store. You will answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure a positive shopping experience through friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Familiarity with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle money transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Comfort with multitasking and helping customers in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering questions.
• Restock and organize shelves to ensure product availability.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the customer experience.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete duties as assigned.
