Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, assist with home improvement needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will work across departments, help locate products, process orders, and maintain organized shelves to support efficient store operations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic computer and retail tech skills, and the ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted, or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock and organize shelves to keep products easy to find
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other departments to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
