Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds with appropriate technique or assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process customer orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint mixing, cutting materials).
• Guide customers through shopping paths and checkout, perform other duties as assigned.
