Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or retail technology
• 6 months experience using common retail tech (phones/tablets)
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform duties
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise
• Replenish stock and keep shelves organized
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
