Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Minimum lifting of 25 pounds, with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organization in designated areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paints, pipes, lumber, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
