Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in a part-time role to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will assist across departments, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customer needs are met with friendly, professional service.

Daily duties include helping customers, locating products, stocking shelves, processing orders, and cross-training. This position supports flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods while performing duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted; more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
