The role involves assisting with product locations, stocking, and checkout duties, with opportunities to learn across departments and grow within the Lowe’s retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or inputting data.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform related duties.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department products (e.g., paint, pipes, wood) per needs.
• Assist customers through checkout and shopping experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
