Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience at our store. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and assist with checkout and related tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, assisting across departments as needed, and participating in training to deliver the best service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Retail experience or customer service experience preferred
• Bi-lingual skills and department-certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood) as needed
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
