Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform required duties.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and answer questions.
• Stock merchandise and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
