Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in the store.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
