Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access or output
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
