Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in the United States. You will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or tablet/phone
• 6 months experience with common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
• Stock and replenish shelves to keep areas organized
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, cutting, bundling)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
