Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers, locate merchandise, and ensure their needs are met throughout the day.

The role supports a part-time schedule with opportunities to learn across departments, gain product knowledge, and participate in store-wide training programs. Benefits and discounts are available as part of Lowe's associate programs.

Competenze

• Six months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six months experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted; team lifts for heavier weights.

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
