Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate who greets customers, helps them find the right products, answers questions, and ensures a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input/output data.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Lift unassisted up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support great service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
