Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Ware, MA to welcome customers, help them find the right products and services for home improvement, and provide friendly, solution-focused assistance throughout their visit. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment across departments, support merchandising, and guide customers from checkout to completion.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
