Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of retail tech experience (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand and perform duties; lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.
• Retail and/or customer service experience (preferred).
• Bi-lingual skills (preferred).
• Trade-certification related to department (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
