Job summary

Lowe’s in Jackson, MS is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service across departments.

You’ll listen to customers, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, process orders, and help with stocking to ensure on‑time delivery. Roles span many departments; bilingual skills are a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use, including data entry and retrieval.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform related tasks.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves by checking for empty spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
