Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Flowood, MS. You will greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service throughout the shopping experience.

This part-time role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and support customers across departments, with a focus on delivering excellent home improvement solutions. Ideal candidates bring basic computer and retail tech skills, good numeracy, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer or laptop.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and locating products on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut and bundle items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
