Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome shoppers, help them find products, and ensure a positive store experience. You’ll assist with locating items, answering questions, and supporting checkout processes while maintaining store standards.

This role supports multiple departments based on needs and requires strong communication and basic computer skills. Day-to-day tasks include stocking, assisting customers, and occasionally loading merchandise.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and services.
• Restock and organize merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to enhance customer service.
