Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Simpsonville, SC. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You may assist across multiple departments and support daily store operations with a friendly, solution-focused approach. Responsibilities include greeting customers, locating items, stocking, processing orders, and occasionally loading merchandise.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer or related retail tech.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, plumbing, wood, etc).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
