Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6+ months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, alone or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations and timelines.
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver excellent service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
