Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service goals.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout, and complete other duties as assigned.
