Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Glen Carbon, IL to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service throughout the store. You will interact with customers, assist with merchandise, and ensure needs are met daily.

The role supports growth with a part-time option, on-site work, and benefits including health insurance, tuition assistance, a company 401(k) match, and an associate discount. Training occurs across departments to maximize service quality.

Formación

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
