Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You’ll answer questions, assist with locating items, and ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately for on-time receipt.

You may rotate through departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Paint, and Pro Services, while maintaining a friendly, helpful storefront presence.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies where needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
