Job summary

At Lowe's, a Customer Service Associate welcomes customers and helps them find products and services for home improvement projects. You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, and assist with locating items, while also stocking and organizing merchandise.

The role may vary by department, with opportunities to learn across Appliances, Hardware, Flooring, and more, while maintaining friendly service and accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer or retail technology.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed.
• May require bilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organization of shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other departments to enhance service quality.
• Assist with department-specific tasks (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting, wood handling).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
