Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products
• Stock replenishment and merchandise organization
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paints, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
