Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and support them throughout their shopping experience in one of Lowe's departments.

The role emphasizes assisting with product selection, providing friendly service, and ensuring customer needs are met while working with flexible schedules and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimum lift of 25 lbs, unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
