Job summary

Lowe’s in Harper Woods, MI seeks a friendly Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products. You’ll answer questions, assist with locating items, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

Daily tasks include restocking shelves, supporting checkout, and collaborating with teammates to deliver great service in a fast-paced retail store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Assist with checkout and guide customers through shopping.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
