Job summary

Lowe’s in the United States seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also assist with locating merchandise, loading items, and ensuring orders and deliveries are accurate and timely. The role emphasizes teamwork and flexible schedules with store-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods as part of duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
