Job summary

Lowe’s in Florence, KY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them locate products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., tint/ paint mix, pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
