Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Florence, KY. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, and Home Décor.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, using smartphones/tablets for transactions, answering questions, and assisting with loads with a focus on excellent service. Training and opportunities abound for growth and skill development.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
