Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and assist with product selection and services across departments. You will help locate items, stock shelves, and ensure orders and deliveries are accurate and timely in a fast-paced retail environment.

Daily tasks include listening to customers, answering questions, organizing merchandise, and supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and entering information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
