Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement. You will answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

You may work in various departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Tools, or Home Décor. The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in orders, and readiness to assist across multiple store areas. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer for basic tasks
• 6 months experience using common retail tech like smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance

Mansioni

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
