Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and support their home improvement needs. You will assist with locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You may work across departments, gaining experience in paint, plumbing, hardware, and more while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest-focused support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer for basic tasks.
• Experience with retail technology is a plus.
• Good reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
