Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met throughout the day. You will interact with customers, assist with locating merchandise, and may load items as needed in a dynamic home improvement environment.

Your role spans various departments based on store needs, with emphasis on delivering friendly, efficient service and multi-department knowledge to support customers' projects.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut materials)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
