Job summary

Lowe’s in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers and assist them in finding the right home improvement products. You’ll engage with shoppers throughout the day, helping them choose items, stock merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met.

In this part-time role, you will work across departments as needed and participate in Lowe’s benefit programs, including education assistance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of computer experience.
• Experience with retail tech such as smartphones or tablets for 6+ months.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, pipe cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
